For one, we pointed out that the attorneys general seemed to be saying that state-licensed compounding pharmacies might be selling counterfeit medications. Oh, really?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf they have evidence supporting that dubious claim, I\u2019d like to see it,\u201d said CEO Scott Brunner, who went on:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><em>\u201cA pharmacy could not for long get away with any sort of illicit activity without losing its license \u2014 and indeed, we\u2019ve seen no uptick in censuring of pharmacies by regulatory bodies on this particular issue.
